Vault Coffee Roasters

Vault coffee is a new cafe and coffee roaster located in Old Mystic Village. They serve a small selection of pastries as well as their own roasted coffee. The staff are knowledgeable about the roasted beans as well as the color, origin, flavor, and scent of each bean. For the summer they serve root beer and cream soda floats made with their homemade ice cream and locally made soda. For other cool coffee treats try their affogato or purchase their beans to make your own hot or cold creation at home.
