The museum Mostra della civiltà contadina was created to document the importance of agriculture in the territory of Grosseto. It's focal point are the transformations and the reconstruction of rural life in the early 20th century until land reforms in the 50's. The collection features a variety that include objects, samples of photos, books, tools, household objects from rural peasants of photographic and print material.
