Wolfsonian Museum

The Wolfsonian is a museum and research center dedicated to exploring the persuasive power of art and design in the 20th and 21st centuries located on the main street of South Beach, in Miami. It has a large collection of European and US art. the museum is small and will take about an hour, which is ideal for a rainy day in Miami or to escape the middle of the day heat. It's ideal for those interested in graphic design and focuses on the 1930s which makes sense as its located in the middle of the Art Deco District, a suburb born in Miami whose buildings are still intact. Prominent objects include industrial era American propaganda, communist and fascist pre-war European propaganda, war objects, and posters.
