In August 2009 I spent a weekend in this aparthotel (a type of hotel providing self-catering apartments as well as ordinary hotel facilities) along with three others. Its location is quite good, ten minutes walking distance from the Roman wall interior.
Our apartment consisted of kitchen-lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen part was very large and spacious with everything necessary: fridge, kitchenware, various cupboards, microwave, and Glass-ceramic cooktops.
The lounge part had a sofa bed, dining table, table and a TV of about 32 inches. Both rooms had two beds, fairly large wardrobe and 21 inch flat screen TV.
The bathroom was also quite large, with bathtub and the typical amenities. Everything was decorated in a modern and functional way, without great fanfare.
The furniture and appliances were in good condition, and the bed mattresses were good and hard, which is appreciated. The floor was tiled, so if you go in winter it is perhaps somewhat cold. However, the apartments have heating.
The breakfasts are typical continental consisting of toast with jam/butter, natural orange juice, a pastry (choice between croissants, Pain au chocolat...) and coffee. It was all very good.
It is a recommendable site with good value for money. To us it worked out at about 90 € the night, so being four people it was a very economic option.
