Your professional chef and guide will take you through the market stalls, explaining the most important ingredients in Spanish cooking and giving some insider tips on what to look for when buying at home. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a drink accompanied by an delicious tapa at one of the market’s tapas bars.

Next, you'll be taken to a private kitchen to begin your gourmet cooking class. During this hands-on experience, your professional chef will show you the step-by-step preparation of four delicious Spanish dishes, ranging from classics like paella and Spanish omelets to authentic local recipes that you won't find anywhere else. As you cook, you'll enjoy unlimited cold beer and fine Spanish wines.

Once your dishes are complete, you'll sit down to enjoy the delicious creations you've made. After an incredible lunch, you'll receive a digital cookbook in English containing all of the recipes learned during the class and a complimentary apron as a souvenir of your gourmet experience.
