The service and the friendliness of the staff really are exquisite. They invite you to an aperitif: you can choose from four types of sherry. They also offer tastings of seven types of bread and five types of olive oil.
The first courses are okay but could be better: cheese and anchovies salad, no lettuce, no tomato or anything else for it to deserve the name of salad, asparagus with prawns and two raw cockles ... Main courses are well made. The desserts are original and very correct.
The wine list is impressive for the number of references it has, but we were served a Terras Gauda that was not at the right temperature meaning we had to wait for it to cool down with the help of an ice bucket. And we weren’t shown the wine cellar (because we didn’t ask). I was unaware you could visit.
