The best things to do in Waco

Waco, a founded by George B. Erath in 1849, is located in McLennan County, Texas. One of the main things to see in Waco is the Suspension Bridge. From this bridge you'll get the best views of the city. On Independence Day, this bridge is filled with both residents and tourists alike who come to watch the fireworks reflected in the water. Another one of the main attractions in Waco, which is also close to the bridge, is Indian Spring State Park. It has large bronze sculptures, such as four horseriders who are surrounded by cattle whose long horns attract the eye. This is one of the city's best parks and one of the best places to visit in Waco, although the city has five other natural areas.

Another one of the more natural Waco attractions is Cameron Park Zoo. This is one of the largest parks in Texas and one where the native vegetation abounds among great cliffs. There are also great museums and other cultural stuff to do in
Waco, such as the Museum and Hall of
Fame of Texas Rangers or the Dr Pepper Museum.

You'll soon see that the amount of things to do in Waco is numerous, it only depends on you and what
Waco activities you want to experience. Search for more on what to do in
