Belmonte is famous for its beer and pies, and is known one of the best bars in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is worth mentioning that their sandwiches are really delicious. It's not too expensive, either. For me, the juices they offer are perfect for accompanying the food (I don't drink beer), and they also serve a good fruit caipirinha. If you drink, do not drive. Try the delicious shrimp cakes, too! Some say that the burgers here are the best in Rio de Janeiro; I don't know how true that is, but they're definitely worth a try. A perfect spot for the summer.
