You have to enter the railway museum ...

You have to enter the Railway Museum to explore railway history in Spain and not just cross it, but jump on it as there are many copies of trains for visitors to go up, down and play smaller. The tour of the museum is very entertaining and if you get nothing else on cold winter mornings you can have a coffee to get a little warm in an old subway car. No wonder, then, that people go on Saturday, as the euro is worth one entry, but if I remember right, above the entrance was free Saturday. Equally worthy of admiration, are the models you have inside the museum, where you can enjoy watching the trains as the models walk. During the last week of last year, I saw a big train leaving the station by Tierno Galván Park . I really did not see why it went but certainly was part of the museum visit. Too bad I could not get on. For a long time since I had so much fun as when I ride the little train that is in a space outdoors, where you sit down and go into a kind of small train. Definitely a fun visit, cheap and suitable for the whole family.

The museum of the Ferrocarril is a space dedicated to discovering the history of the Spanish railways nineteenth century to the present day. What was the station of Delicias in fact now houses railroad cars from different periods, accompanied by useful information boards. A good option can be to visit the museum free of charge during some events such as the handicraft market.

Railway museum

Located in the old Delicias station, designed by the French engineer Émile Cachelièvre and completed in 1880, the Madrid Railway Museum contains one of the largest collections of historic trains in Europe. Are spectacular steam locomotives.

Another corner

Virtually must for children and adults, cheaper on Sundays (2.04 euros, children under 4 free) with classic trains (some very classic) exposed in the old station of Delicias. The Talgo II, of course, wonderful, and you can enter!
