I stayed at this amazing hotel during one of my visits to the city of Lisbon. It is ideal to relax and unwind in the spa while feeling like a prince in a nineteenth century palace, especially at breakfast, in that wonderful salonesde time. The gardens are classified as National Monument and have views of the river Tagus and April 25 Bridge.
Solplay Hotel Apartments is an top quality establishment that is situated on the outskirts of Lisbon, overlooking the River Tagus. It offers studios and suites with one or two bedrooms. It is an amazing place where you can enjoy your holiday at all times thanks to the tranquility of the site. It will be unforgettable.
The IBIS LISBOA Alfragide is a brand new hotel, built in 2008. It is a non-smoking and it is located just 5 km from the center of Lisbon, the business and shopping area are excellence. The hotel is only 10 km from Lisbon International Airport and close to the major tourist destinations such as Cascais, Estoril and Sintra. It has 129 guest rooms for a holiday or business trip.
During our stay in Estoril, we went in order to see MotoGP, we chose bungalows in a campsite called Costa da Caparica, about 20 minutes from Lisbon (that is without traffic) and they are really affordable, I remember it cost us about 15 euros per night per person. The bungalows are usually for 5 people, 3 single beds and one double, and truthfully the mattress is very comfortable- they are those which have no springs and let you fall asleep really easily. I will also comment that it is a very quiet area and they have car parking right next to the cottage.
In the Portuguese town of Caparica you can find the Hotel Residencial Mar e Sol, which is in a great location. You are not far from the city centre, a beautiful beach, and it is also only a few minutes from the airport.
