Abastos Market

This market was very typical in the 20th century, and it reminds me of the Fontan in Oviedo, or Market Square Palencia. It is built from metallic iron and on the facade it has reddish brick with huge windows that are made out of curved shapes. Inside you can buy all kinds of food products, fresh and perishable: There are butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, delicatessens, bakeries, etc.. It is located near the Plaza de la Constitucion and outside Melia, right in the heart of the city.
