The hotel is in the Upper Val Chisone, 1381 meters above sea level, on the banks of a natural lake at the foot of the Rocca del Laux. It was built as a holiday home in 1908, extended by the Salesians in 1934, and destroyed during the war. It reopened as a hotel in 1984. It's within walking distance of the natural parks of Val Troncea, Orsiera And Rocciavrè, making it ideal for fishing, hiking and Wildlife.
