Banyalbufar

In one of our routes on this precious island we passed through a little town called Banyalbufar and the view were so spectacular that we decided to stop, have a quick bite to eat, and walk around the city. The Tramontana de Mallorca has a special charm. Almost all of the towns are bordered by the mountains and many by the sea, as well. The contrast is marvelous.

When they told me about this place in Mallorca and that I’d go back there later at night after seeing it to catch the sunset, they weren’t wrong. From the lookout tower that centuries before was used to defend the coast of Mallorca from enemies you can see an unbeatable view of the sunset.

It’s a paradise-like place for sure, in the Tramuntana area of Mallorca, known for the rock mountains and green forests.
