On the other bank of the Po, a few steps from the Umberto I Bridge, you'll find the Best Western Hotel. It occupies three floors in an old building, with single, double and triple rooms at reasonable prices (from 70 euros) and a buffet breakfast included in the price. The wifi is a little slow in the rooms, but works very well on the ground floor.
