It is very well located. Relatively close to the city center, and close to many hotels. About 200 meters from Lanxin Dong Lu, the Jiaotong hotel, and 400 of Central Market. No English. I had the name of my next destination, written in Chinese (from Google). I showed it and they sold me a ticket, which I undertood only the date and time (thank goodness), because the numbers were "ours. Buses run quite often, depending on destination, as usual. But it was easier than I thought.
