Caffe di Mare is a nice place right on Paseo Colon, where you can enjoy a great view while sipping a cup of coffee or one of the list of imaginative cocktails (tourists can often be seen taking pictures of these drinks!). It's cozy and well-decorated, with great service. You can also eat something, if you like.
