Casperia

This beautiful town of less than 1500 inhabitants, is another great place that I recommend for you to visit on your trip to Italy, as part of the old familiar story of the country. A legend tells that king Sabo (from which Sabine town took its name) came from Persia and to reach Greece was forced by Lycurgus, to move along with his entourage first to Sicily and then to Casperia, for it is said that This city was the oldest city founded by the Sabines. The streets are so narrow and spiral that you can't get through with your vehicle, so your visit can be a nice and relaxing ride. Be sure to stop
