Chumpon Ferry to Ko Tao

If you arrive early in the morning on the train from Bangkok, about 4:30 am, I recommend that you take the Lomprayah boat, a catamaran that leaves Chumphon at 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., takes half hours and costs 11 €. The boats "Songserm" and "Ekawin" leave at the same time and cost 10 € but they take 3 hours. If you're looking for the cheapest option, it is a boat that leaves at midnight and arrives at 6 am, but it's basically a freighter and is quite uncomfortable, although it costs 5 €. Yet, there is another option that is way more comfortable. The ferry leaves at 11pm, costs € 7 and has a common room with air conditioning and bunk, where you request a blanket to sleep.
