Modern place, yes; modern cuisine, yes; traditional touch, yes. These three affirmations usually mean “expensive restaurant where you don’t eat much and many times you don’t eat well). It is not the case of this restaurant. The food is excellent, as well as the decoration and atmosphere; the surroundings are unbeatable, next to the contemporary art museum of Vitoria.

I loved the Santoña anchovies. If you love anchovies as much as I do, come to this place. All the entrees were fantastic. As a second plate we tried the ox fillet and the codfish. It was all delicious.

The desserts…it is easier to describe with a photograph in this case. Delicious. An special mention to the white brownie with violets, you can’t miss it.

Located in the west wing of the Atrium-Basque Museum of Contemporary Art, the restaurant has an exquisite decoration for a maximum of 60 people (200 meters of space), from 9 am to 1 am.

It also has a terrace located in one of the best areas of the city, with an amazing musical atmosphere.

Its wide gastronomical offer allows the possibility to enjoy the tasting menu and the lunch menu, with three starters and three second plates plus dessert and wine, and the snack menu, with a great variety of small dishes to taste (from 7 pm onwards).

The restaurant menu has numerous and innovative meat and fish dishes, accompanied by entrees, all elaborated with the best seasonal products that combine originality and personality.

I love this place, both for the wide variety of the menu (and chic atmosphere) and for the terrace, where you can enjoy an informal meal with salads and sandwiches. The lunch menu is amazing (15 Euros).
