Restaurante Do Forte

Do Forte is a classy restaurant, the kind where dinner begins with champagne, and is entertained by a violinist. It has rather large servings, but is a place to impress. Go if you like luxury. The experience is very nice, with flowing drinks, cutlery etc. This corresponds to a swanky site. I ordered a prawn starter, 'frango' (chicken) with vegetables and rice as a main course. It was very good, but there could have been more generous portions. Dessert managed to fill this small gap, and in the end, the perfect dinner ended, providing a sweet Madeira wine, and I'm hoping that fate will soon bring
