Chicken in every possible way
El Gallinero is a theme restaurant near the port of Vigo and one of my favorite places to eat in the city. The specialty as the name (it means "The Chicken Coop") implies are eggs and chicken prepared in every possible way. Chicken fricassee, chicken breast cutlets, fried chicken, and tons of other dishes. They also have a variety of salads and daily menu.
