Espírito Santo Parish Church

In the heart of the Ribeira Grande!! The parish church of Espírito Santo, is located in the heart of the Ribeira Grande opposite the Municipal Garden Ribeira Grande, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Just below the church is the tourism office of Ribeira Grande. This church dates from the seventeenth century and mixes a Baroque style with manuelina influence. The feature of the church that you most notice is the mixing of the colors black and white. Next you can't help but notice its slender clock tower, which ends in a balustrade.
