Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens

Higashiyama Zoo is the zoo in the city of Nagoya. As well as the animals, there's a large park with a lake and several attractions for the children. There are over 600 species of animals from around the world, including lions, zebras, monkeys, fish, birds, koalas, and more - some of which I'd never seen before! There are also plenty of food stalls where you can enjoy popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, Japanese foods like sushi, and more. In addition to the zoo, there are some attractions in the park like the ferris wheel and the pedal boats on the lake.
