Hindú la Chaumiere Masala Restaurant

When we booked the trip to Deer Island, it included lunch at one of the 2 restaurants on the island, La Chaumiere Masala. It is an indian restaurant belonging to the owner of the Island Hotel, the Touessrok, one of the most luxurious in the world. So when it came time to eat, we went and gave our voucher. We sat in one of the 10 stilts that rise above the beach with amazing views of the island. They bring a non-alcoholic shots that taste like lemon and roses. Then they brought us a tasty food. For those who have been to India, they will remember that great steel plate with many compartments that constitute the main meal.
