Bad service in hospitality
If you had asked me 20 or 30 years ago, it would be an endearing place where my grandpa would take us in Leon. When you are small you do not realize a lot of things and, my grandfather Julian, a man with little patience, get along with the man who was behind the bar. For many years I recommended "the bug" to friends who stopped by the village, but fate brought me closer to the world of hospitality. Recent experience in "The Bicha" has been pretty nasty and my husband, who works in our restaurants, was surprised with the owner's behavior toward customers. The gorgeous, black pudding, how painful, disparaging and humiliating treatment of a man who is deemed to be sure a rebel and what is has become a sideshow attraction to people now going to see that this can be true in the century in which we live and, hopefully, a laugh to abuse others.
