Todo un arte

Siendo Albacete como es, famoso por sus cuchillos y navajas, la mejor manera de conocer su historia y su evolución es este museo. Especialmente interesante es el taller tradicional y el vídeo con la explicación de construcción de la navaja con técnicas tradicionales. Además tiene una sala de tijeras. Es importantísimo por el valor de muchas de sus históricas piezas.

Justo enfrente de la Catedral, en un edificio aparentemente raro, con formas y colores sorprendentes y llamativos se levanta el Museo de la Cuchillería. Si los cuchillos y las navajas de Albacete son santo y seña, cómo no dedicarles un museo que pase por los grandes momentos históricos de este noble arte. En el museo hay exposiciones itinerantes y permanentes, y la visita bien merece la pena.
