La Perla Restaurant
The La Perla is in the lower area of Ponferrada in the commercial and financial center of the city. I have been several times for lunch or dinner, but not convinced at all: I find the food a little salty and strong. The restaurant has two floors, the lower is the bar for tapas, and the higher the restaurant itself, which is great. The atmosphere I like, with walls papered with different prints in shades of maroon and white, high-backed chairs, linens to the floor ... They offer homemade dishes of traditional and regional cuisine of Bierzo.
