1 review of Lightwater Country Park

Lightwater Country Park

Lightwater, a small village 50 miles from London, has its own country park. There's a garden or something between a garden and a forest, with activities for children. It opens each morning. It is 60 acres of what was formerly Bagshot Heath, a public park belonging to the city of Bagshot. The park has a nice view, called Curley Hill, which is almost panoramic. You can see the towns of Bracknell, Ascot and Bagshot from there. The Leisure Centre is the reception point for visitors with maps of the games, and explanations of the wildlife you can find in the park, such as ducks and birds on the lake.
