Marisquería Majara

Matosinhos is the third most important fishing port of Portugal and is located just 8 kilometers from Porto. Porto is a touristic city so there are good restaurants, but they are pretty expensive. The fish come from Matosinhos, so one day we made the choice to try a restaurant closer to the city and the food was so good for a lesser price that we decided to keep going back there every day. Marisqueria Majara is one of the most popular restaurants and it has been around for more than 40 years. It is not easy to park around here, keep in mind. It's a great place, the place and the quality of products is excellent and every day there a 15 € menu for dinner for two.
