Un tempo questa località era famosa come porto di pesca e di lavorazione del tonno. Oggi le strutture che ospitavano l’antica tonnara sono state trasformate in ristoranti, bar e gelaterie rinomate. Nella piazzetta che si affaccia sul porto le notti estive ricordano atmosfere d’altri tempi ed è bello passeggiare tra le viuzze del piccolo centro storico, perdendosi tra i sapori e i profumi dei numerosi locali. Per gli amanti dei prodotti ittici, qui è possibile acquistare prodotti tipici di alta qualità e a prezzi davvero competitivi.
