Hotel Rural El Mirador de Los Pirineos

The Hotel Rural El Mirador is a charming hotel located in the Aragonese Pyrenees. The best part of the stay was undoubtedly the personal service of the owners, even before I arrived. To begin the day, they greeted us with freshly-squeezed orange juice and a fantastic breakfast.
The rest of the weekend was marvelous. Saturday morning we saw the Roman art in the town itself, which has two lovely churches and the San Juan de la Peña monastery. In the afternoon, we visited some charming towns like Hecho and Ansó, both of which feature typical Pyrenean architecture of stones walls and wooden ceilings.
