Monsignor Mambrini Civic Museum

1 review of Monsignor Mambrini Civic Museum

Rich Archeology Section

The monsignor Mambrini civil museum is in Forlì. Founded by Bishop Domenico Mambrini (1879-1944) in the first half of the twentieth century and left to the city after his death, it was recently transferred to Parents of the Pianetto Children of the Renaissance convent. It shows off a rich archeology section, which will also includes items from the Roman city of Mevaniola. Also worth mentioning is the small section of art history. The actual transfer of the museum in Pianetto is accompanied by a new idea exposure and a complete reorganisation of the educational devices.
