Prehistoric and Etruscan-Roman period

The National Archaeological Museum is located in Perugia in the square of Giordano Bruno, Umbria, Italy. This museum has two main sections, each devoted to the prehistoric and Etruscan-Roman period, respectively. Most of the exhibits come from excavations carried out in the 19th century. Among these, some really stand out, such as the dallo Sperandio sarcophagus, the cipo de Perugia cipo and the archaic bronzes Castel San Mariano. Also of great historical and archaeological interest, there is a reconstruction at the site of the tomb of Cai-Cutu, comprehensive of corresponding buried goods.
