Colorful and Picturesque
Nyhavn is located in Copenhagen's touristic neighborhood. It is a little port with low houses of the eighteenth century, colorful and very picturesque. The hotel is number 71 on the port, in an old house that was renovated and now has all the modern comforts. It is a four star hotel, and you can discover the city on foot. It's in a building that was probably a warehouse or customs house, which has an industrial feel. There are 150 rooms and suites, plus a gourmet restaurant. I found the rooms to have much more charm than the other chain hotels that are in the neighborhood. Some have views of the very lively harbor, and there may be some noise from parties at night.
There is wireless internet in all rooms. Prices are for 1400 crowns for a regular room, with the breakfast buffet included, and 1700 crowns for the Harbour View, and up to 4400 crowns for the best suite.
