Awesome meat skewers

Wujiang Road, which runs parallel to the luxurious Nanjing Road, is famous for, among other things, its exquisite fish and meat skewers. These skewers (you can choose from pork, beef or lamb, although there are also fish) are native to Xinjiang Autonomous Region in the north of Tibet, famous for its beauty and for its inhabitants: mostly Uighurs, who are Chinese Muslims. The prices are amazingly cheap, and I totally recommend the food, although you should be aware that it's so popular that it can be really difficult to find a place to sit down and eat.
