You can not miss going to Caulín in Chiloe and visiting the restaurant and Cabins "Caulín Oysters" The best oysters in the world, grown there by the owner. They come in 3 sizes, small, medium and large, I recommend the medium. With a good white wine and delicious toast with butter, it is a pleasure of the gods!!. Regarding the price, the value of the dish that brings 15 units is quite appropriate, taking into account that they are the best quality oysters. We ate 47 each!! Enjoy the oysters, cheers!
