Taranto Historic Center

Upon arrival at Taranto, you will find that the castle is open to visitors and there are usually exhibitions on. This time, we saw a small photographic exhibition about Cuba. You can enjoy a pleasant walk in the town center and you can also take fishing trips. The town is nice out of season but I do not want to imagine how it would be in summer as there are many shops selling souvenirs and beach items. The coast of Otranto to the south is wonderful, where you can find caves and a mansion with not much history but certainly very beautiful.
