Ideally located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of downtown La Ciotat, overlooking the old port, Our Lady of the Assumption Church is one of the main important monuments in the city. It has become a real landmark of the city, and is seen on all the postcards. This beautiful church dates back to the seventeen century, and is particularly interesting to see nowadays, because it has recently undergone twenty years of restoration.
