Pilsen

A German brewery with a Japanese touch - a little taste of German in the heart of Kanazawa's entertainment district. Not only good beer (which tends to be good almost everywhere in Japan), but also the classic izakaya dishes and some more European options like pasta with sausage. It's not particularly busy, at least during the week, when I visited.
