La Mora Beach

It’s worth it to travel a bit outside of Tarragona if only to see this beach. It’s a blue-flag beach with golden sand and not too many people. You can also use it as a starting point for routes to Tamarit (the Camí de Rona trail) and it’s perfect for water sports like kayaking since the waves tend to be small and calm in the area.

A few friends and I came across this amazing little cove in Torredembarra called Playa la Mora. It’s a small beach but a great place to enjoy clear waters, an uncrowded beach, and a few dreamy hours in the beautiful Mediterranean sun.
