This is a great restaurant right at the end of the street called Rua Sao Joao, one of the central streets of Angra. It is simple, cheap, unpretentious, comfortable as at home, and highly recommended. The service is attentive, friendly and familiar. They cook fresh fish, meats and other typical local dishes, the size of the portions is around € 6-10. Do not miss the cheese, butter and bread as hosting, how in most restaurants in the Azores would repeat twice as many without hesitation. Very tasty steak house with cream and mushroom sauce, mashed vegetables rich (they call it soup) for the ridiculous price of € 1.
