Very good food
Rouge Tomate is my favorite restaurant in New York ...which is not a small thing when you consider that there are a good marathon of restaurants in town. It's a place of infinite quality: the menu, prepared by a nutritionist, prefers local and seasonal ingredients, from organic and biodynamic farms. Even the huge space on which it is built has been restored in the respect of environmental issues. Fried food and saturated fat are absent from the menu, and this (which may sound very reassuring for the palate) causes the chef to explore and experience combinations that seem unlikely to provide new tastes.
