Saint Symphorien Church

The Church of Saint Symphorien is located in the center of Azay-le-Rideau, a few minutes walk from the Castle of Azay-le-Rideau. It is a small church built in the tenth century, and has undergone several renovations and restorations to stay with its current appearance. On one of the doors you can see carved sculptures of the 12 apostles. The visit is free.
