People leave coins in the stone walls
Vinoteca area is near Pier Park and the Sabugo shopping area. In Aviles there are trendy wine bars. This is a must for drinking wine, no doubt. The site is tiny, 8-10 tables that are usually booked in advance, so you have to call ahead. They have Riojas, Ribera, Albariño and Ribeiro. Curiously people leave coins in the stone walls, I suppose to make a wish, but frankly I did not ask, you can see this in the photos.
