The area couldn't be more pretty

It's a 60 meter waterfall with a legend attached to it. It supposedly was the tragic end to a misunderstood couple. Those from around here say you can hear the dead lovers at night. Most that come here strive to hike to the base of the waterfall, but many turn back due to the slippery terrain. The water falls directly on the rocks, which can be dangerous. Seeing the falls after it's rained, however, is purely marvelous and spectacular.

The river has eroded the terrain in such a manner that it's unique place, with a reddish rocky wall. There's a great extension of grass that invites you to sit down, relax and admire the marvels around you.

Beautiful and legendary

This natural park, in addition to having beautiful waterfalls and forms thanks to the way the water has eroded the rocks over the years, is home to a legend. As a matter of fact, we found a sculpture telling the story at one of the towns rotundas. The main waterfall: the Salto de la Novia (the girlfriend's jump), is 60 meters high.

Precious sunset

It's beautiful to be at the beach just 10 minutes away from the mountain. And when you're at one, you have a great view of the other. This is something that gives you a great sense of wellbeing, it's very relaxing and something that I recommend to anyone. The beach is in Oropesa del Mar, in Castellon. I recommend the views in the winter. Everything's more calm and peaceful during that time.

A Great Natural Spot in Navajas

Located in the town of Navajas, in Castellón, at the end of the town and going down a slope, you will find this natural spot, with grass to take the sun, calm waters and a great waterfall that falls from above.
It is a nice place to spend a summer day: nature and mountain.
