Guyana is a land of many different contrasts. There are different and beautiful landscapes, taking into account the weather, it has all the ingredients for a romantic getaway. Salut Islands, to which prisoners were sent not long ago, has a strange atmosphere where nature has taken over the buildings. The voyage by sailboat is awesome. An absolute must visit are the Kaw Marshes Swamps to see the alligators or swim with piranhas.
