Seal Island

Located 23km from Cape Town is the harbour town of Hout Bay, from which you can take one of the many boats to Seal Island, home to one of the largest colonies of seals and sea lions in South Africa. Hout Bay has a lively atmosphere with music groups that welcome tourists, and several stalls where you can buy souvenirs while you wait for your ship to depart.
