Shuzo

This place is among my favorites in all of Madrid for having a good gin and tonic. It’s not because the place is spectacular (it seats 19 people), nor is it because the barman has hundreds of awards.

Shuzo’s just has something special about it. Maybe it’s the owner, maybe it’s the relaxed environment. Who’s the owner? Who else would it be? The barman who makes the drinks with the most love in all of Madrid. A really nice guy with an eternal smile, ready to chat it up about the newest happenings in the jenever world. As a matter of fact, we shared opinion after opinion, and Shuzo’s actually invited me to a shot of the gin that they recommended, so I could try it and decide for myself.
