Siurana Reservoir

One comes to this country hoping to find the well known wine El Priorato, but this region offers much more, with its stunning, unknown and rocky landscape. Montsant Cornudella has many secrets: one of the most beautiful villages I've seen so far, with mountains, a lovely pond and beautiful views, where the rock protrudes from Siurana against a reddish background. I have come here as part of my wanderings around Catalonia. I've endured miles of twists and turns and curves, but I have enjoyed breathtaking landscapes and charming villages. Siurana Reservoir is an ideal place to practice any water sport, take a swim or just to stroll and enjoy the tranquility here.
