Stykkishólmur Church

Stykkishólmur is a fishing town in western Iceland, north of the Snæfellsnes peninsula. This town has a peculiar church. It was completed in 1990 and its creator was the Finnish architect Jon Haraldsson. Inside the church, there are many lights hanging from the ceiling. On the altar, there's a painting of the Virgin Mary and Jesus together.
